Meet Mr. Bookkeeper: An AI Bookkeeper for Small Shops

Ask it to check your day and it goes through each entry: sales below cost, prices far from the usual, two identical sales minutes apart, an expense with no description. It tells you plainly what looks right and what looks wrong, based on what was entered.
Stock Takes Without the Headache
Tell it what you counted — "I counted 8 bags of rice" — and it compares that with what your records say, corrects the count, and records any shortfall as a loss, so your profit stays honest.
Letters, Written for You
A reminder to a customer who owes you, a note to your landlord, a message to a supplier: tap "Write a letter for me", say who it's for and what you want, and you get a short, polite letter with your shop's details filled in, ready to send on WhatsApp. Anything only you know is left in [brackets] for you to fill.
You Stay in Control
